What shipping options do you offer?
We offer one flat rate shipping option: Standard FREE 5-7 Day Shipping, Contiguous U.S.
When will my items ship?
Please allow 24-48 business hours for your items to ship. If for some reason some items cannot be shipped or will take longer we will notify you and issue a refund.
How will I know when my package has shipped?
We will notify you when your package has been prepared for our shipper and send you a tracking number and shipment notification by email.
What does FREE shipping mean?
We offer a standard FREE 5-7 day shipping rate to residents on the Contiguous U.S. This means that once you package ships allow for 5-7 business days to receive your package. Your package may take up to 3 business days to ship, but usually ships much, much faster.
Can I track my package?
Yes, after your items ship we will email you a tracking number. You can also login at anytime after items have shipped to track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders are packaged and prepared for shipment minutes after the order has been submitted. Once an item is prepared for shipment (i.e. status is "waiting shipment") there is no way for us to stop it from shipping to you. Once you receive the item you may return it for a full refund.
What does it mean if an item says it's "Cancelled"?
If an item says it has been cancelled that means we were unable to fulfill that item in your order.
There are many possible reasons, but most likely the item went out of stock while you were ordering.
We will issue you a full refund for any item that is cancelled.
How do I make a claim on your money back guarantee?
Please go to our contact page and, via email, explain what you are returning. Our customer service rep
will direct you on how to ship the product back.
Do you share my information with anyone?
No, we will not share any of your information with anyone without your explicit permission.
How do I make a claim on a product warranty?

When is my refund issued?
We will issue a refund (full or partial) once the item has been received and accepted by our returns department.
Does it cost me anything to make a return?
Yes. You are required to pay return shipping.
Do you accept returns if it has been longer than 14 or 30 days?
No, we do not accept returns if it's not within 14 or 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
You may contact the manufacturer if you'd like to make a warranty claim.
